First press on Casablanca "Beige Filmworks" label, manufactured and distributed by Astor Records Pty Ltd. Issued with red, removable sticker on cover. Came with a sheet of six stickers with Solo Albums artwork and KISS logos. It also had the Phantom movie flyer as an insert. This release is very similar to [url=http://www.discogs.com/release/5795757]release #5795757[/url]. The covers are the same but the labels have different typesetting. This release had the extra insert of the Phantom movie flyer.
