Sleeve has some creasing towards sleeve opening on front cover, and some minor creasing towards spine. Small (less than 1cm) tear just at base of sleeve opening. Record has some superficial scuff marks on both sides from being stored in a paper sleeve. Play tested and it plays excellent with a very minimal/ occasional sound that does not over-power the music. Graded conservatively. Can send photos.
