Notes:
Not released with a picture sleeve. Came in purple and white EMI (semi-psychedelic) company sleeve (as in picture here). Columbia was manufactured and distributed in Australia, at this stage, by E.M.I. (Australia) Ltd. The "8" in the B-Side runout has been written over the top of another unreadable number, as if the cutting engineer had made a mistake.
