Octagonal, fully laminated, foldout sleeve with Full Frequency Stereophonic Sound Red label with 'unboxed' Decca logo. Series 550 on the back cover. The catalogue number on the back cover is SKLA 5019 The catalogue number on the label is SKLA-5019 The indication "speed 33 1/3" is missing from the labels. The first inner page features a coloured photograph of the Rolling Stones. The second inner page includes credits, the album track listing and a tribute to Brian Jones.
