Howard' documentary, Liberation Music will release a limited edition double vinyl set (500 copies only) of the long out of print 'Teenage Snuff Film'. Original bonus track 'Shut Me Down' will be replaced on the new edition with "Ocean", the Velvet Underground classic recorded by Rowland with the Devastations and previously only available on 7" vinyl.
