Notes:
Released in a gatefold sleeve, with inner sleeves for each disc in each of the halves of the gatefold. Each of these inner sleeves is printed with concert photos. The matrix no. in the runout groove of side C is actually etched as SMX567565, with the second 6 scratched out. One of the distinguishing features of this release is that its lacquer cutting was done by [a546469] (see matrices).
