Notes:
Orange "Top" Stereo label - second variation (of eight). Identifiable by the 'Side' numbers now situated above album title (both labels). Italicised speed (both labels). Non-italicised and bold track-list (both labels). Issued in UK Mono gatefold sleeve with a Stereo Sticker. This configuration would date from the second half of 1969. Note: EMI Australia exhausted all imported supplies of the UK covers before using the locally manufactured single sleeve in December 1969. They started with the stereo cover (variation one of the Orange "Top" Stereo) and then used the remaining the mono covers (as the mono catalogue was deleted in June 1969) and placing the stereo sticker on it. This is the last Australian version that uses UK sleeves Fully laminated gatefold sleeve with flip-backs on inner top Disc pressed using UK plates.
