First issue with transvestite front cover on pale grey background, in black suit with two pretty naked girls on back cover and artwork centre labels where disc sides are marked with LICE 1 and LICE 2 ( = Face 1 and Face 2) as on back cover. A repress with different front and back cover design (in red leather suite) appeared later.
