Cover and labels are identical to that release: [r=395704], but this release here has different lacquer cutting (Bilbo, Tape One). "Cassette INTK 5064" printed in bottom-right corner on back cover. The third track of side A and the second track of side B are unnumbered on their respective inner labels, so tracks are numbered 1-5 for Side A and 1-4 for Side B. On the back cover, however, tracks are numbered from 1 to 6 and from 1 to 5 respectively.
