Sleeve is printed in Germany, and looks identical to the original German issue sleeve. Blue stickers with the South African catalogue number have been placed over the German catalogue numbers (1 C 062-93 984) on the front and back cover. Hybrid pressing: side A pressed using imported lacquers from Germany, while side B was cut locally. First cat. # on cover. Second cat. # on labels. Label matrices are in brackets.
